In the summer of 2019, I partnered with Top Floor Innovations to work on a unique application.
There was expressed interest in an interface that could create playlists across numerous music streaming platforms. TFI (Top Floor Innovations) had begun work on the backend service, but needed help with the interface and design. I was happy to help.
App interface demo
Users select and link their music streaming services, and then have access to songs across all to create cross-platform playlists. Streaming can then be done directly in-app.
Color palette and some initial logo ideas
The alto clef with the app pattern background behind it.
Simple word logo.
A cassette-inspired logo.
Another music symbol inspired logo. This one is especially ugly.
A funnel, symbolizing the aggregation of numerous services in one centralized place.
This logo, similar to the philosophy behind the funnel, is meant to symbolize an aggregation of elements.
The application was ultimately beat to market by other offerings, though I’m not sure how successful those services ever became.
